Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before puja: Full refund — no questions asked.
• 4–24 hours before puja: 50% refund. Remaining 50% compensates the pandit for preparation and travel.
• Less than 4 hours before puja: No refund. The pandit has already prepared and may be en route.
• No-show by user: No refund applicable.

Rescheduling Policy

Pandit No-Show Policy

If a pandit fails to arrive without prior notice, we arrange a replacement at no extra cost. If impossible, a full refund is issued within 24 hours.
