1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Godji.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Godji.in facilitates the booking of Hindu puja ceremonies with verified third-party pandits. We also provide astrology consultations and related spiritual services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must be 18 years or older to use our services independently.
• Godji.in reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Booking & Payment

• Bookings confirmed only upon successful payment or WhatsApp confirmation.
• Payment via
• USA and UAE bookings priced in local currency at prevailing exchange rates.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 24+ hours before puja: Full refund.
• 4–24 hours before puja: 50% refund.
• Less than 4 hours before puja: No refund.
• Pandit no-show: Full refund or free rescheduling.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
